RETURN POLICY

– Our 15-day guarantee gives you time to make sure your purchase is perfect. If you need to return your item, we’ll happily provide you with an exchange or refund.

– Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items are not eligible for a refund.

– No refunds will be issued on special orders, or merchandise that has been engraved, sized or otherwise altered.

– To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be unused and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must arrive at us in the original packaging and accompanied by the packing slip. Please indicate the reason for your return on the packing slip next to the item you’re returning.

– Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for refund or return.

– We inspect and photograph all items before they leave our store. If an item arrived at you defective or damaged, we will either replace or refund the item depending on availability.

– You must call us at 617-227-3339 within 15 days of delivery of an item to receive a refund or exchange.

– Refunds will be credited to your original payment method, excluding delivery charges, within three weeks of our receiving your return.

Shipping on Returns
– The customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs to return an item. Please use a trackable shipping service and/or purchase shipping insurance. DePrisco Jewelers does NOT guarantee items that do not reach their destination.
